Job summary

ClickView is seeking a technically minded Salesforce Administrator to join the Growth Operations team in Pyrmont, Australia. You will design, build and deliver revenue solutions, owning Outreach.io integration with Salesforce, and managing the technical backlog while prioritising work across regions.

You’ll drive data integrity and advocate practical, scalable tech choices, combining hands-on delivery with roadmap ownership in a fast-moving EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar engineering discipline (strongly preferred).
• Salesforce Admin certification (essential), and ideally Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certification.
• 4–6+ years as a Salesforce Admin in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting global organisations and designing solutions end to end.
• Proven ability to manage a technical roadmap and prioritise workload independently.
• Exposure to custom objects, flows, validation rules, and data management; experience with big tech stacks and multiple integrations (Braze, Outreach.io, or similar); API comfort; SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design end to end: discovery, proposal, sign-off, build, delivery.
• Own Outreach.io and its sync with Salesforce.
• Manage the technical backlog and your own priorities.
• Push back when something isn’t the right solution, and propose a better one.
• Own data integrity: you take pride in clean data within everything you do.
