The CRM Manager role sits within Specsavers Marketing department, which comprises of roughly 80 members based in Melbourne and works collaboratively with a global brand function. We are now looking for a CRM professional to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting directly into the Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact, data-driven customer communications that strengthen engagement across the customer lifecycle. The role plays a key part in developing and executing end-to-end CRM campaigns that support business objectives, particularly in driving customer retention, reactivation and conversion. Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the position ensures campaigns are strategically aligned, insight-led and delivered seamlessly across channels. A strong focus of the role is to continuously optimise performance through a test-and-learn approach, using data, segmentation and campaign insights to refine targeting, messaging and channel strategy.
