Job summary

Teachers Health is seeking a Content Designer, CRM & Lifecycle to shape meaningful member experiences across the entire journey. You will craft personalised content across email, SMS, push notifications and other CRM channels, driving acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and advocacy.

You’ll thrive on blending creativity with data and behavioural insights to influence outcomes and growth within a customer-centric team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience creating content for end-to-end journeys.
• Regulated industry experience preferred (health/insurance/finance).

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise customer communications across email, SMS, push etc.
• Develop personalised content by lifecycle stage and segments.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketers to deliver end-to-end journeys.
• Use insights and performance data to optimise outcomes.
• Ensure communications align with brand and business goals.
• Lead content testing and optimisation activities.
