Job summary

Supreme Court of Victoria seeks an experienced Judicial Services Coordinator – Criminal Division in Melbourne. The role is a fixed-term 12-month position supporting the judiciary and Court operations, coordinating services and staff across the Criminal Division.

You will work closely with Judges, chambers staff and a range of stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate judicial support in a complex environment. A proactive, confidential, professional approach is required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, confidently and accurately.
• Sound judgement and discretion when working with confidential, complex and sensitive matters.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and provide responsive support to Judges, Associate Judges and Judicial Registrars.
• Oversee day-to-day management of judicial support staff, including Associates, Personal Assistants/Secretaries and Tipstaves across the Court.
• Support the Criminal Division in a fixed-term 12-month position with proactive and professional engagement across stakeholders.
