Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is hiring Crew members to be the front line of our busy restaurants. You’ll greet customers, take orders, roll burritos, restock fridges, do basic food prep, wipe tables and learn other roles across the team. Perfect for after school and weekends, with coaching available.

Experience helps but isn’t essential; we value a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliability to follow through on tasks. Benefits include free uniform and team-building activities.

Responsibilities

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.
