Job Description

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, completing basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through

There’s so much you can gain from a career at GYG. Check out just a few of the benefits below:

• Flexible work hours and employment stability
• Free uniform and exclusive GYG merch
• Heavily discounted GYG meals
• Comprehensive training and support to set you up for success
• Crew team building activities and competitions
• Cultural celebrations – Day of the Dead and Cinco de Mayo
• Opportunities for advancing your leadership abilities – level up to a Shift Leader and beyond
• We’ve got your back with Sonder – a comprehensive employee assistance program, here to support you and your family
