McDonald’s Australia, affectionately known as Macca’s, is seeking enthusiastic crew in Townsville to fill casual, part-time and full-time roles across customer service and food prep. This 24-hour business offers flexible scheduling to suit your availability and a fun, supportive team environment.

You will join a diverse workforce where safety and quality are paramount. Extensive training is provided, with opportunities for progression within the company.

We are looking for enthusiastic crew to join the team at McDonald’s. We have a variety of Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available including customer service and food preparation roles. As a 24-hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements. Qualifications

Hospitality and retail experience is not required; we provide extensive training to all of our staff including barista training for any applicants interested in joining our McCafe team.
