McDonald’s Australia, known as Macca's, is hiring enthusiastic crew on the Gold Coast for casual, part-time and full-time roles. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with food preparation, and work in a fast-paced team to provide the best experience.

No prior hospitality experience is required—extensive training is provided. A police check is required for applicants 18+, and you must have the right to work in Australia. Flexible hours and a welcoming, inclusive culture await you.

We are looking for enthusiastic crew to join the team at McDonald’s. We have a variety of Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available including customer service and food preparation roles. As a 24-hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements.
