McDonald’s Australia is seeking enthusiastic crew members for a variety of casual, part-time and full-time roles, including customer service and food preparation. We are a 24-hour business offering flexible scheduling that may change to meet restaurant needs and a welcoming, supportive team environment.

New team members receive extensive training and the opportunity to develop in a dynamic retail hospitality setting, with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement.

We are looking for enthusiastic crew to join the team at McDonald’s. We have a variety of Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available including customer service and food preparation roles. As a 24-hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements. Hospitality and retail experience is not required; we provide extensive training to all of our staff including barista training for any applicants interested in joining our McCafe team.
