Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Victoria is hiring a Crew member to greet customers, take orders, roll burritos, restock fridges and assist with basic food prep on a busy fast‑food line. You’ll rotate through roles across the team and learn how a high‑energy restaurant runs.

Experience helps but isn’t required; a can‑do attitude, eagerness to learn and reliable teamwork will help you succeed. The role offers flexible hours, uniform, meal discounts and training to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is helpful but not essential.
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through.

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, completing basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy fast-food business.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:
