Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to lead end-to-end accounts receivable operations across ANZ.

You will oversee offshore collections and a third-party service provider, ensuring accurate master data, timely credit approvals, and reconciliations while delivering risk insights to Finance and leadership. Ideal candidates bring AR experience in FMCG, strong analytics, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on process improvement and ownership in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable in FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts receivable operations across ANZ.
• Oversee offshore collections team and third-party provider (cash application, collections, claims, deductions).
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and master data; manage credit approvals and reconciliations.
• Reduce overdue invoices and claims balances; provide risk analysis to Finance and leadership.
• Drive process improvements; lead third-party service provider governance and project support.
• Reconcile customer trade spend accounts and resolve discrepancies.
