Ideal candidates will have 12 months or more in credit or lending, strong numerical ability, and clear communication. You will handle deals from small assets to larger ventures, with support from experienced credit leaders to grow your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in credit, lending or related finance role.
• Strong numerical confidence and curiosity about how businesses operate.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review SME applications, financial statements, cash flow forecasts and business expenses.
• Assess transaction risks and security structures.
• Prepare clear, well-reasoned credit recommendations.
• Work with Sales, brokers, customers and Operations to keep applications moving.
• Help check documents and approval conditions ahead of settlement.
• Spot issues early and contribute ideas to improve processes.
