Job summary

Creature Technology Co. is seeking a design leader to own and drive the creative vision for complex, cross-disciplinary animatronic projects. You will steer concept development through to final build, balancing schedule, budget, safety, and manufacturability while preserving the guest experience.

You will lead reviews, present creative direction to clients, and collaborate with design, engineering, control systems, fabrication, and production teams to deliver reliable, high-fidelity assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a design leadership role with ownership of complex cross-disciplinary build projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Industrial Design, Mechatronics/Robotics, or related discipline.
• Experience owning the creative vision for hero assets from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the creature’s design vision and behavior to meet audience experience.
• Lead the creative direction from concept to final build while maintaining intent.
• Act as the primary client-facing creative lead and secure alignment/sign-off.
