Job summary

EHPlabs is seeking a Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our creator and ambassador programs across TikTok and Instagram. You will own recruitment, briefing, contracting, and content approval, turning creators into a renewable acquisition engine.

You will collaborate with global teams to adapt best practices to ANZ, manage a tiered creator pyramid, and grow branded content with measurable ROAS and engagement. This role demands a data-driven, fast-paced FMCG mindset.

Qualifications

3–7 years in social media and/or affiliate/performance marketing in FMCG or DTC.
Proven track record growing branded social channels and affiliate programs.
Bachelor's in marketing, communications, or business.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end creator and influencer program as the brand’s primary acquisition engine.
Build tiered creator pyramid (KOLs to nano creators) and set playbooks.
Manage gifting, seeding and paid-partnership terms with creators and their agents.
Lead content across TikTok and Instagram and approve posts before live.
Track creator ROI, ambassador performance and budget impacts.
