Job summary

Brent Street in Sydney is seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to capture and craft video content across classes, performances, and the brand culture for social media. You will film, direct on the ground, and oversee editing, colour grading, and sound design to deliver dynamic, musical storytelling.

Collaborating with the Social Media & Content Manager, you will manage shoots, adapt content for multiple platforms, and ensure timely delivery that aligns with current trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer and editor.
• Experience creating social media content and handling fast-paced shoots.
• Strong musical eye and storytelling ability.
• Ability to light and shoot on location and in studios.
• Proficiency in post-production workflow and file management.

Responsibilities

• Film and direct video content across Brent Street classes, events, and productions.
• Operate gimbal and handheld cameras in dynamic environments.
• Apply camera settings (ISO, shutter, aperture, frame rate) for optimal results.
• Set up and manage lighting for studio and on-location shoots.
• Capture photography content when required.
• Edit video content in Premiere Pro for social platforms and formats.
• Colour grade footage to a polished, on-brand standard.
• Edit and mix sound to support musical storytelling.
• Resize content for vertical, square, and widescreen formats.
