Job summary

cean, a fast-growing wearable wellness brand, is seeking a Content, Creative & Social Media Manager. You’ll work directly with the founders from our Double Bay HQ to craft compelling content across social platforms and email.

You’ll shoot, edit, and direct campaigns with a hands-on, high-energy approach that fuels growth and brand storytelling. You’ll own the creative direction for campaigns, develop engaging content pillars, and ensure cean stays visually distinctive across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating social-first content.
• Ability to shoot and edit, with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Figma and Adobe tools.
• Experience shaping content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and email.

Responsibilities

• Dream up, plan, shoot and edit short-form video for social.
• Shape brand storytelling and content pillars with founders.
• Direct shoots, organize content days, and shoot-ready studio readiness.
• Create campaigns from concept to launch across social, email, site and partners.
• Own email campaigns from layouts to imagery and messaging.
• Grow audience through hooks, series and format testing.
• Maintain calendars and asset libraries for fast-paced releases.
• Stay on top of trends and share weekly performance snapshots.
