You will support development, coordination and delivery of public programs and digital experiences for diverse audiences, prioritising early years and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering innovative public programs for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of public program planning, events or festivals including logistics and safety.
• Strong coordination skills managing staffing, resources, budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver public programs, events and digital experiences.
• Liaise with artists, staff, technical teams and partners; prepare permits, run sheets and schedules.
• Present engaging programs for early years, children, teens, families and adults.
• Coordinate program schedules, timelines, finances, communications and reporting.
• Build stakeholder and partner relationships and implement improvements based on audience needs.
• Monitor outcomes using data and audience insights to improve programs.
