Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a full-time Melbourne-based Lesson Designer for Stile, to craft engaging science lessons with rich visuals and interactive experiences. You’ll collaborate with writers, learning designers and engineers to ensure accessible, high-quality content for Australian classrooms.

You’ll apply strong graphic design fundamentals, adapt to an established visual language, and explore AI-assisted interactions to enhance learning while keeping accessibility in focus.

Qualifications

• Solid graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, colour) with a strong portfolio.
• Interest in interactive work and willingness to lean into it.
• Ability to adapt to an established visual language and collaborate with a team of creatives.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging lessons with the content team within the Stile visual language.
• Create interactive experiences: simulations and drag-and-drop activities.
• Illustrate and diagram science with diagrams, figures and explanatory artwork.
• Collaborate with writers, learning designers and engineers to ensure accessible, well-produced content.
• Continue to hone craft, accessibility, and stay current with AI tooling and interaction design.
