What you’ll do

You will own problems end-to-end : understanding the need, shaping the solution, building, shipping, observing, and evolving.

You’ll work:

• Across the stack (because silos get in the way)

• Closely with designers and educators (because context multiplies output)

• With AI tools thatactuallysave time (because you hate drudge work)

• In fast cycles: build → ship → learn → repeat. Every day.

We’re a decade old, 70-ish person team (~20 engineers) in Melbourne. We run like a fast paced startup with the reach of a global enterprise. Engineers sit close to decisions, ideas get tried quickly, AI is used everywhere where it can make our work sharper, faster, or smarter.
