Job summary

PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD in Brisbane is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to plan, design and prepare materials for publication across digital, web and print. You will tailor messages to the audience and prepare drawings, diagrams and layouts to communicate concepts, while collaborating with clients and management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Graphic Design experience, strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills, and After Effects experience. Figma or Sketch is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• After Effects or similar animation experience.
• Figma or Sketch experience is a bonus.
• Ability to design for digital, web & print.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Philip Riley is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. As our graphic designer you will be responsible for planning, designs, developing and preparing information for publication and reproduction using text, symbols, pictures, colours and layout to achieve commercial and communication needs with particular emphasis on tailoring the message for the intended audience. Preparation of drawings, diagrams, and layouts to communicate design concepts Discussing design solutions with clients, management, sales Choosing, proposing practical and aesthetic materials and media for publication Documenting the selected design for production Monitoring and or completing production in the chosen media

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
• At 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Experience in

After Effects or similar animation

• Figma and or Sketch experience is a bonus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to design for digital, web & print
• Initiative to learn and apply new skills & share knowledge with team
