Job summary

Westmead hospital florist is seeking a qualified Florist to join our retail team at Westmead. You will create beautiful floral designs, help customers with orders, and keep the shop looking vibrant and inviting.

The role requires a minimum Certificate II in Floristry and at least 3 years of floristry experience, with a strong eye for creativity and excellent customer service. Flexible hours for full-time or part-time work are available.

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke floral designs for all occasions.
• Assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Care for and maintain fresh flowers and plants.
• Manage stock, unpack deliveries, and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Take orders in person and by phone.
