Hills The Flower Market in Terrey Hills is seeking an experienced florist to join our busy shop on a casual basis. You will create high-quality arrangements for everyday orders, events and weddings, while sharing floral knowledge with our team.

We value speed, creativity and excellent customer service. A reliable, flexible candidate who can work weekday and weekend shifts will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' professional floristry experience (essential).
• Strong knowledge of flowers, techniques and seasonal availability.
• Ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable, adaptable and a great team player.
• Excellent customer service skills, especially in busy retail.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality floral arrangements, bouquets and designs.

We're looking for a confident and experienced Florist to join our team at Hills Flower Market in Terrey Hills on a casual basis.

This is a great opportunity for a florist who already knows their way around a busy flower shop and is looking for variety, flexibility and a creative team environment.

From everyday bouquets and arrangements to events, weddings and special orders, you'll be involved in creating beautiful florals while working alongside an experienced and passionate team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Creating high-quality floral arrangements, bouquets and designs
• Working across retail, events and special orders
• Helping bring customers' ideas to life with your floral knowledge and creativity
• Working confidently and efficiently during busy periods
• Assisting with flower preparation, conditioning and stock management
• Helping with customer service and order management
• Maintaining a beautiful, organised and well-presented shop
• Working collaboratively with our team while also being confident working independently

ABOUT YOU

You'll be an experienced florist who:
