Job summary

Ovolo South Yarra is seeking a casual Bartender to join our vibrant hotel venue. You’ll support the venue manager in daily service, handle guest beverage orders, and contribute to a high-energy team that thrives on great cocktails and coffee.

This role offers flexibility and room to grow within a dynamic, creative hospitality brand. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience with coffee, beverages, and friendly service in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience making, preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
• Latte art knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest alcohol orders quickly and accurately.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages.
• Collaborate with barista and other sections as required.
• Ensure servings comply with service standards and regulations.
• Know menus, wine lists and beverage offerings.
