Job summary

Droga5 Sydney, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Business Manager to join our Sydney team. This early-career role is ideal for someone in account management who loves creativity, is highly organised and eager to build a career in a leading creative agency.

You'll support day-to-day account operations, coordinate timelines, partner with senior account leaders, manage budgets, and ensure projects run smoothly while keeping clients and internal teams aligned. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within an agency, marketing, account management or client services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn from experienced account management professionals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, strategy, media and production teams.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in learning project financial management and budgeting principles.
• A passion for creativity and a desire to contribute to high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and enthusiasm for building a career within a creative agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of creative projects from briefing through to final execution.
• Coordinating project timelines, meetings, documentation and day-to-day workflows across multiple workstreams.
• Partnering with senior account leaders to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assisting with project budgets, purchase orders, reporting and account administration requirements.
• Collaborating with creative, strategy, media and production teams to ensure projects remain on track and stakeholders are aligned.
• Providing responsive and proactive support to clients and internal teams.
• Contributing positively to team culture while embracing learning and development opportunities.
