Job summary

Droga5 Sydney, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Business Manager to join our Sydney team. This early-career role is ideal for someone in account management who loves creativity, is highly organised and eager to build a career in a leading creative agency.

You'll support day-to-day account operations, coordinate timelines, partner with senior account leaders, manage budgets, and ensure projects run smoothly while keeping clients and internal teams aligned. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within an agency, marketing, account management or client services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn from experienced account management professionals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, strategy, media and production teams.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in learning project financial management and budgeting principles.
• A passion for creativity and a desire to contribute to high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and enthusiasm for building a career within a creative agency environment.

Role Overview

Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a Business Manager to join our Sydney team.

This role is ideal for an early-career account management professional who is passionate about creativity, highly organised and eager to build a career within one of the world's leading creative agencies. As a Business Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping teams bring ideas to life, ensuring projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and work is delivered to the highest standard.

Working alongside Business Directors, Strategists, Creatives, Media and Production teams, you'll help manage day-to-day account operations while gaining exposure to some of Australia's most recognised brands and campaigns.

The role will include:
