Job summary

Powerlift Industries (PLI) seeks an experienced Crawler Crane Operator for a 275T Sumitomo crane on a project at Mardie Salt, WA. FIFO from Perth or local to Karratha on a 2:1 roster for 3 months with potential extension.

You will operate the crane, prioritize safety, and support site crews on a range of duties. Mandatory 5+ years of crawler crane experience, HR/HC licence, High Risk Work CO/RA, White Card; working at heights, EWP and LF tickets desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience operating crawler cranes up to 300T (mandatory).
• FIFO ex Perth or local to Karratha.
• Excellent attitude to safety.
• Flexible attitude to work within all crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope.
• Able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Able to follow instructions and show initiative.
• Safety and process-focused, and willing to input and continually improve the process.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 275T Sumitomo crawler crane on a project at Mardie Salt, WA.
• Follow safety protocols and permit-to-work requirements.
• Work with site crews and assist with other duties as required.
• Report any faults or issues with equipment promptly.

PLI (Powerlift Industries) is a Karratha, Pilbara based leading service provider in the Mining and Resource industries, an expanding business.

We are seeking an experienced Crawler Crane Operator to join our team Operating a 275T Sumitomo Crawler on a project at Mardie Salt, WA.

Commencing ASAP, on a 2:1 roster for 3 months with potential extension.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum of 5 years experience operating Crawler Cranes up to and including 300T cranes. (mandatory)
• FIFO ex Perth or local to Karratha.
• Excellent attitude to safety
• Flexible attitude to work within all our crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope
• Able to Work Autonomously as well in a team
• Able to follow instructions and show initiative
• Safety and process-focused, and willing to input and continually improve the process

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proof of Right to work in Australia (mandatory)
• Current and Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR or HC class)
• High Risk Work Licence - CO and RA qualifications (mandatory)
• Working at Heights, EWP and LF tickets (highly desirable)
• MSIC (highly desirable)
• White Card (mandatory)
• Excellent attitude to safety
• Flexible attitude to work within all our crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope
• Successful applicant is required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
