Job summary

Freo Group is seeking a Crane Operator for our Moranbah branch in Queensland, to deliver safe, efficient crane operations in shutdowns and maintenance across FIFO/mining projects.

You will be responsible for setup, operation, and preventive maintenance of 250T+ all-terrain cranes, ensuring strict adherence to HSE and quality standards on remote sites. Essential licenses and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• High-Risk Work Licences required: CO and RI.
• Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR) required.
• White (Construction) Card and valid National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes (250T All-Terrain or larger) for shutdowns and maintenance.
• Ensure crane setup, operation and maintenance are performed safely.
• Adhere to HSE and quality policies on remote sites.
• Pass VOC for rigging, Franna and crane operation.
