Job summary

KMH Workforce invites experienced Crane Operators for upcoming FIFO shutdown campaigns across multiple Pilbara mine sites. Opportunities span late August through September with day and night shifts available, aimed at candidates already inducted with Rio Tinto, FMG or BHP.

Required are a crane operator qualification, 25T/40T crane experience, VOC where needed, Australian driver’s licence, and a current National Police Clearance, along with the ability to meet pre-employment and site compliance

Qualifications

• Crane Operator qualification/ticket required.
• Demonstrated experience operating 25T and/or 40T cranes.
• Current VOC relevant to crane capacity where required.
• Previous FIFO mining or shutdown experience.
• Ability to work day or night shifts.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Ability to complete all required pre-employment and site compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate 25T and/or 40T cranes during FIFO shutdown campaigns across Pilbara sites.
• Adhere to safety, site rules and VOC requirements.
• Maintain good communication with site teams and supervisors.

KMH Workforce is currently seeking experienced Crane Operators for a number of upcoming FIFO shutdown campaigns with a client across multiple mine sites throughout the Pilbara.

We have several short-term shutdown opportunities commencing from late August through September, with work available across day and night shifts.

Candidates who are currently inducted with Rio Tinto, FMG or BHP will be highly regarded.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Demonstrated experience operating 25T and/or 40T cranes
• Current and relevant VOC, where required for the crane capacity
• Previous FIFO mining or shutdown experience
• Ability to work day or night shifts
• Current National Police Clearance
• Ability to complete all required pre-employment and site compliance requirements
