Monadelphous seeks experienced Franna/C1 Crane Operators for immediate start on BHP's Port Debottlenecking Project. This 18-month FIFO roster operates on a 2:1 cycle with attractive all-purpose rates, allowances, and mobilisation payments. Qualifications

• 2+ years of crane experience on a construction site.
• High Risk Work License - CN or C1.
• Valid Australian HR Driver's License (preferred).
• Construction White Card.
• Proof of Right to Work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assess ground conditions before crane setup and operation.
• Assess loads to ensure safe lifting within crane capacity and site conditions.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks on all equipment.
• Monitor crane instruments to ensure safe operations.
• Position and operate cranes to support rigging and lifting activities.
• Work with doggers and riggers to move loads using slings, chains and shackles.
• Maintain compliance with site safety requirements and procedures.

Job description

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Franna/C1 Crane Operators for immediate start on BHP's Port Debottlenecking Project 2. This exciting 18-month project operates on a 2:1 FIFO roster and offers attractive all-purpose rates, additional allowances, mobilisation payments, and long-term career opportunities within a leading Australian contractor.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

• Attractive All-Purpose Permanent Rates
• Penalties apply after ordinary hours
• Site Allowance: $4.50 per hour flat
• Mobilisation payment: 2 days (14.4 hours) paid at ordinary rate of pay - one off payment
• 12-hour shifts
• RDO accrual 0.8hr p/day Mon-Fri (4 hour p/week) accrued at ordinary rate of pay (not overtime rates paid out on termination of employment OR can be requested to cash out)
• Project Superannuation Contribution - $100 per completed week of service on top of super guarantee, available to be cashed out at the end of the project.

What you'll bring:

• 2-years of relevant experience on a construction site
• High Risk Work License - CN or C1
• Valid Australian HR Driver's License
• Construction White Card
• Proof of Right to Work in Australia
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
• PTD - Highly Desirable
