Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support the CLA Wharf Roadway Project in Western Australia. You will operate a Maeda LC1385M crawler crane, perform inspections, and execute lifts per site procedures.

You’ll join a safety-driven team, collaborate with riggers and supervisors, and maintain equipment records while complying with environmental and site standards. The role involves day and night shifts with a 2:1 roster where possible.

Qualifications

• Current C2 Crane License (C6, C1, or CO license's accepted).
• Experience operating crawler and/or mobile cranes on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and hazard identification.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Maeda LC1385M telescoping crawler crane safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Perform lifting operations in accordance with lift plans and site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, riggers, doggers, and other site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all site safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
• Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to crane operations.

Are you an experienced Crane Operator looking to be part of a major infrastructure project? Monadelphous is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team on the CLA Wharf Roadway Project. This role involves operating a Maeda LC1385M 6-tonne telescoping crawler crane to support construction activities while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

What you’ll bring
