Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join the CLA Wharf Roadway Project team. You will operate a Maeda LC1385M crane, perform pre-start checks, and execute lifting operations in line with lift plans and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Maeda LC1385M telescoping crawler crane safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Perform lifting operations per lift plans and site procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors, riggers, doggers and other site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental and operational requirements.
• Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate crane operation records and documentation.

Crane Operator - CLA Wharf Roadway Project

Are you an experienced Crane Operator looking to be part of a major infrastructure project? Monadelphous is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team on the CLA Wharf Roadway Project. This role involves operating a Maeda LC1385M 6-tonne telescoping crawler crane to support construction activities while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Maeda LC1385M telescoping crawler crane safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
• Perform lifting operations in accordance with lift plans and site procedures
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, riggers, doggers, and other site personnel
• Ensure compliance with all site safety, environmental, and operational requirements

What you'll bring

• Current C2 Crane License (C6, C1, or CO license's are also accepted)
• Previous experience operating crawler and/or mobile cranes on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and hazard identification
• Ability to work both day and night shifts in a dynamic project environment
