Job summary

Advanced Rigging is seeking a C6 licensed Crane Operator to support structural steel erection on industrial projects across the Perth metro area. Reporting to the construction manager, you will operate cranes and coordinate with riggers to ensure safe, efficient execution.

You will maintain records, follow safety regulations, and contribute to improved rigging procedures while working with a dedicated team committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of crane operator experience in Perth construction.
• Strong communication skills to work with the team.
• Understanding of crane operation, rigging, lifting techniques and safety.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions on site.
• Commitment to a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes as part of a rigging team for structural steel erection.
• Ensure crane and rigging work complies with safety regulations.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Plan and coordinate rigging with site supervisor and crew.
• Maintain records of crane activities, incidents, maintenance and inspections.
• Contribute to improved rigging procedures and techniques.
