Job summary

Lendlease seeks Crane Operators to join our Sydney team on multiple construction projects. Ideal candidates will have strong safety records and experience operating cranes on large-scale commercial, health, data centre, or residential developments.

You will hold a current driver’s licence, High Risk Work Crane ticket, White Card and related certificates; dogs/rigging or traffic-control tickets are desirable. Join us for a safety‑driven, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's Licence and High Risk Work Crane Ticket.
• White Card and Asbestos Awareness.
• OHS Certificate and First Aid Certification.
• Dogging/Rigging Licence desirable; Traffic Control Ticket desirable.
• Any other tickets/licences are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes on construction sites across multiple Sydney projects.
• Maintain safety, quality and compliance with site procedures.
• Collaborate with dogmen, riggers and subcontractors to deliver works.
• Clear communication and attention to detail on busy sites.
• Adhere to safety systems and project-specific requirements.

About You

• Current Driver's Licence
• High Risk Work Licence with relevant Crane Ticket
• White Card and Asbestos Awareness
• OHS Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Dogging and/or Rigging Licence (desirable)
• Traffic Control Ticket (desirable)
• Any other tickets/licences will be highly regarded

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have experience operating cranes within the construction industry and have worked on large‑scale commercial, health, data centre, or residential projects.

You will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams, dogmen, riggers, and subcontractors. Attention to detail and adherence to strict quality and safety systems are essential.
