Lendlease is seeking Crane Operators to join our teams on major projects across Sydney. You will operate cranes safely, coordinate with site teams, and contribute to efficient construction delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a High Risk Work Licence with Crane Ticket, a current Driver's Licence, a White Card, and First Aid certification. A strong commitment to safety and collaboration is essential, with competitive EBA rates and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's Licence.
• Must hold a High Risk Work Licence with Crane Ticket.
• White Card and Asbestos Awareness required.
• OHS Certificate and First Aid Certificate preferred.
• Dogging/Rigging licence and Traffic Control ticket considered advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Operate cranes on site for multiple Sydney projects.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and site procedures.
• Coordinate with dogmen, riggers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth crane operations.

About You

• Current Driver's Licence
• High Risk Work Licence with relevant Crane Ticket
• White Card and Asbestos Awareness
• OHS Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Dogging and/or Rigging Licence (desirable)
• Traffic Control Ticket (desirable)
• Any other tickets/licences will be highly regarded

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have experience operating cranes within the construction industry and have worked on large-scale commercial, health, data centre, or residential projects.

You will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams, dogmen, riggers, and subcontractors. Attention to detail and adherence to strict quality and safety systems are essential.
