Job summary

Lendlease is seeking Crane Operators to join our construction teams on Sydney projects, delivering large-scale commercial, health, data centre and residential builds.

Ideal candidates hold Current Driver's Licence, High Risk Work Licence with Crane Ticket, White Card, Asbestos Awareness OHS certificate and First Aid.

We value safety, clear communication and teamwork with dogmen, riggers and subcontractors, with competitive EBA rates on offer.

About You

• Current Driver's Licence
• High Risk Work Licence with relevant Crane Ticket White Card and Asbestos Awareness OHS Certificate First Aid Certificate
• Dogging and/or Rigging Licence (desirable)
• Traffic Control Ticket (desirable)
• Any other tickets/licences will be highly regarded

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have experience operating cranes within the construction industry and have worked on large-scale commercial, health, data centre, or residential projects. You will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams, dogmen, riggers, and subcontractors. Attention to detail and adherence to strict quality and safety systems are essential.
