Kennards Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Manager at Cranbourne. You’ll run the centre day-to-day, with autonomy to make decisions, supported by a Centre Manager and a friendly team.

You’ll deliver great customer service, guide customers to storage and packaging solutions, and help keep the site safe, clean and well-presented. The role offers full-time hours, a rotating weekend roster, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a small team and take ownership.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, supported by your Centre Manager.

In This Role You Would

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
• Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
• Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
• Manage daily operations and administration
• Create the space for change

• Location: KSS Cranbourne
• Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight, with a rotating roster on the weekends
