Job summary

360 Personnel is seeking a Coxswain Grade 3 for a bridge remediation project based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Location: Coffs Harbour. Pay rate: $38-40/hr. Start date: Approximately 2 November 2026. Roster: Monday-Friday. Hours: 6:00am-7:00am starts (subject to tides and project requirements).

The role involves operating a work boat to transport personnel, tools and materials between shore and the work area, with marine access being a critical daily task.

Qualifications

• Coxswain Grade 3 Near Coastal (or higher).
• Previous experience operating vessels/work boats.
• White Card.
• Current Driver's License.
• Comfortable working alongside civil construction crews.
• Reliable and safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate a work boat transporting workers to and from site.
• Transport tools, equipment, and construction materials.
• Conduct daily vessel checks and marine safety inspections.
• Monitor tidal conditions and maintain safe boat operations.
