Job summary

The Department of Communities and Justice in Nowra seeks an experienced administrator to deliver complex, statutory services and high-quality client support in a busy court environment.

You will supervise a small team, provide hands-on training, and allocate resources to meet departmental priorities across civil, criminal and coronial matters, while maintaining strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and guide staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• The role supervises staff and provides ‘hands-on’ training and guidance.
• You will work across civil, criminal and coronial areas throughout the Local Court, District Court, and Coroners Court jurisdictions.
• You will be required to supervise a small team and effectively allocate resources to meet the Department’s requirements.
• Support, supervise and train staff in a busy, changing and complex work environment whilst utilising strong organisational skills.
