Job summary

Court Network is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support the Programs and Services Team across Wyndham, Sunshine and Broadmeadows Courts. The role involves building and managing volunteer teams, developing referral pathways, and fostering strong court and community partnerships.

In this two-year fixed-term position, you’ll oversee service operations, ensure funding compliance, and work closely with court stakeholders to enhance access to justice for vulnerable individuals in Victoria.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a Coordinator or similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in volunteer management best practices.
• Strong commitment to social justice and working with marginalised groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Understanding of family violence and relevant reform agenda within court settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations and ensure funding compliance per Court Network values.
• Coordinate networks and volunteer numbers across courts (Wyndham, Sunshine, Broadmeadows).
• Collaborate with Magistrates, court staff, and community organisations in meetings and networks.
• Develop referral pathways for court users and build strong referral practices.
• Work with the Wyndham Court Community Connections Coordinator to strengthen Court Network services.
