Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing online education provider to hire a driven Course Advisor to join their expanding team. You’ll speak with warm leads, understand goals and guide students toward courses that unlock new career opportunities, with full training and clear KPIs.

This full-time role offers AU$70,000 plus Super and uncapped commissions (OTE AU$100k), with work-from-home flexibility, ongoing training, and a relaxed culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (F2F, inbound or outbound).
• High energy, vibrant personality and the hunger to succeed in a sales environment.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls confidently.
• Education sales experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective students.
• Engage with enquiries and action inbound leads.
• Provide tailored course advice and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
• Close sales on warm leads and enrol students into online courses.
• Adhere to internal quality standards.
• Manage the CRM systems efficiently.
• Engage in high-volume daily calls whilst bringing energy, focus and a consultative approach to every conversation.
