Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Store Manager in Brisbane to lead and inspire a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive financial growth. You will coach staff, manage stock and loss, recruit and develop talent, and uphold brand standards across the store, while promoting wellbeing and safety.

The role focuses on delivering a premier in-store experience, achieving sales targets, and building a strong team that embodies the Country Road Group culture and values.
