Job summary

Louis Vuitton Australia & New Zealand seeks a Country Learning Manager to shape the capability and confidence of our Retail teams, translating global training vision into local impact.

Reporting into the Retail Excellence Director and leading a team of Field Coach Trainers, you will be the principal advocate for our training strategy within the country, directly shaping how our teams embody the Maison's codes and deliver the extraordinary, every day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and development within luxury retail or premium client-service environments.
• Strong capability in coaching, facilitation and training program design and management.
• Sound budgeting and project management skills.
• A caring, adaptable leadership style with genuine investment in developing others.
• Strong inter-cultural intelligence and a collaborative, data-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Champion the training strategy nationally, aligning content with local business objectives.
• Design and deliver training calendars from classroom sessions through to in-store coaching, tailored to market dynamics.
• Coach and develop the Field Coach Trainer team directly, building their capability to deliver high-quality training in-store.
• Spend regular time on the shop floor, observing, coaching and reinforcing standards alongside teams.
• Tailor deployment to regional needs, partnering closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Establish KPIs and use performance data to refine training effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships across Retail and HR to align training with business priorities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, driving continuous innovation in training design.

Job Responsibilities

This is a role lived as much on the shop floor as it is shaping strategy. You will move fluidly between designing training vision and delivering it in person, whether facilitating in the classroom or coaching within our stores, and you will play a hands-on role in developing the Field Coach Trainers who bring that vision to life.
