Louis Vuitton is seeking a Country Learning Manager to shape the capability and confidence of our Retail teams across Australia & New Zealand, translating global training vision into local impact.

Reporting into the Retail Excellence Director and leading a team of Field Coach Trainers, you will be the principal advocate for our training strategy within the country, directly shaping how our teams embody the Maison's codes and deliver the extraordinary, every day.

Qualifications

• Proven training and development experience within luxury retail or premium client-service environment.
• Strong capability in coaching, facilitation and training program design and management.
• Sound budgeting and project management skills.
• A caring, adaptable leadership style with genuine investment in developing others.
• Strong inter-cultural intelligence and a collaborative, data-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Champion the training strategy nationally, aligning content with local business objectives.
• Design and deliver training calendars from classroom sessions through to in-store coaching, tailored to market dynamics and seasonal priorities.
• Coach and develop the Field Coach Trainer team directly, building their capability to deliver consistent, high-quality training in store.
• Spend regular time on the shop floor, observing, coaching and reinforcing standards alongside teams.
• Tailor deployment to regional needs, partnering closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Establish KPIs and use performance data to refine training effectiveness.
