Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior Corridor Infrastructure Engineer to set technical direction across road, rail, drainage and pavement systems in NSW. You will lead a team of engineers and specialists, applying a corridor-wide engineering lens to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable outcomes.

You will develop standards and governance, assess TAOs, manage deviations, and promote adoption of innovative technologies while balancing lifecycle costs and safety across multi-modal corridors.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in corridor infrastructure across roads, rail, drainage and pavement systems.
Experience developing standards, specifications, guidelines or governance frameworks.
Strong ability to synthesise complex information across asset classes and drive lifecycle-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

Set the technical direction for transport corridors, integrating multidisciplinary asset classes.
Lead a team of engineers and specialists and provide technical governance.
Develop and apply standards and specifications to optimise asset interactions and lifecycle outcomes.
Represent TfNSW in cross-modal forums and harmonise technical governance.
Champion corridor-wide collaboration, knowledge sharing and evidence-based decision making.
