The successful candidate will evaluate training effectiveness, plan resource allocation, and liaise with centre management to meet workforce requirements. Travel to locations may be required.

• Design and deliver training programs with competency gap analysis.
• Assess training needs based on competency gaps.
• Experience with correctional centre operations relevant to correctional officers.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
