Queensland Corrective Services – Wacol QLD is seeking a Staff Training Coordinator to ensure correctional officers maintain vocational qualifications and to manage training data while delivering training across the centre in collaboration with the QCS Academy and internal trainers.

The role includes evaluating training effectiveness, scheduling programs, and ensuring compliance with RTO standards, addressing competency gaps, and coordinating with external providers as needed.

Formación

• Design and deliver training programs and assess competency gaps.
• Experience in correctional centre operations related to correctional officers.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences in learning transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training programs and assess competency gaps within the centre.
• Deliver training across the centre and rollout training agendas with QCS Academy, internal trainers and rostering staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure compliance with RTO standards and resourcing.
