Job summary

7-Eleven in Geelong, VIC seeks an experienced retail manager for our Corporate Store in Waurn Ponds. You will run the store as your own business, recruit and coach a team, maintain safety and standards, and drive KPIs and financial performance.

You must have full-time Australian work rights to be considered. We offer a base salary of $77,030 plus 12% super and 15% bonus eligibility, with a schedule Monday to Friday morning shift and opportunities for relocation across our corporate network.
