Job summary

Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment is seeking a senior corporate lawyer for a top-tier boutique firm with CBD offices in Melbourne. You will manage a range of transactional matters and have the opportunity to lead deals.

The role targets ambitious lawyers seeking future partnership, with exposure to sales and acquisitions, IPOs, and broad corporate work for listed and unlisted clients. Melbourne-based and oriented toward growth.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate lawyer with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience handling transactional matters including M&A and IPOs.
• Ability to work autonomously on sales and acquisitions for both listed and unlisted clients.

Working on a range of transactional matters you will take on a key senior lawyer in the team. The role is marked for career growth and you will likely be an ambitious lawyer seeking future partnership. The firm has enjoyed a high quality corporate practice and you will have scope to run sales and acquisitions autonomously, be involved in IPO's and M&A matters, and broad corporate and commercial work for a listed and unlisted client base.

To be considered you will be a strong corporate lawyer with at least 5 years of experience, although more senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
