St Ann's Outside School Hours Care, operated with Catholic Early EdCare, seeks a motivated Coordinator to lead daily operations and inspire a team of educators within St Ann's Primary School community.

You will deliver safe, high‑quality Before, After and Vacation Care programs, foster child-centered experiences, and build strong family relationships while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Children Services per ACECQA guidelines.
• Willingness to complete mandatory National Child Training and Blue Card checks.
• Experience in childcare service management and knowledge of NQF standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Before, After, and Vacation Care programs.

St Ann's Outside School Hours Care is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coordinator to lead our thriving service, supporting up to 104 children each day. As a valued part of the St Ann's Primary School community, our service delivers high-quality Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs that foster belonging, wellbeing and fun. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation ofBefore School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs
• Lead, support, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and experiences
• Plan and implement engaging, play-based programs aligned with children’s interests.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements of the Role

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
• Previous childcare service management experience.
• Child Protection training is required for this role.
• Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
