Job summary

Australian Venue Co. in Roma, QLD, is seeking a Casual Cook to join a busy kitchen team delivering hearty pub meals, including homemade pizzas and pastas, in a welcoming country pub. This role offers flexible casual hours and opportunities to grow within a leading hospitality group.

You will support the kitchen during service, help maintain stock, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met while collaborating with teammates. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for producing quality pub-style meals.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Located in the heart of Roma, White Bull Tavern is a popular local favourite known for its welcoming atmosphere, hearty pub meals, homemade pizzas and pastas, and spacious beer garden. Open seven days a week, we're looking for a reliable Casual Cook to support our busy kitchen team and help deliver quality meals to our guests.
